With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Ashwini Gupta is a seasoned HR & Industrial Relations professional known for transforming workforce practices in Indian organizations.

During his long tenure as Vice President & Group Head – HR at ACB (India) Limited, he led large-scale HR and IR transformations — building structured systems in traditionally unorganized environments across Media, Manufacturing, Mining, and Infrastructure sectors.

Through Consulting Pulse, he now brings this deep, hands-on expertise to promoter-led and mid-sized organizations seeking stability, compliance, and sustainable growth.
